HOW TO WORK LASERJET PRINTER

How it works is a laser printer with a static electric principle. Initially the photoreceptor drum (OPC drum) were given a positive charge by the Primary Charging Roller (PCR), by giving him an electric current. (This section is in Toner Catrid).

 Then shining a laser printer is very small across the surface of photoreceptor drum to form a text or picture image in accordance with the data sent by the computer, in the form of a horizontal line at a time.

The laser beam of light shined on drums to form the dots and turn off the light to the space an page. The laser beam does not move by it self but the laser beam was reflected through a mirror that can move itself. Laser light is sure to stop at the point of the drum and forming an electrostatic image. Drum surface portion exposed to laser light that turns into negatively charged.

After a complete image pattern, the toner powder is stored in the toner hopper (in cartridges) taken by the Developer Unit (Magnetic Sleeve). Positively charged toner is attached to the Drum area that have shaped the image electrostastik, who is part of the photoreceptor drum exposed to laser light (charge negativ) (law of nature positf be closer to the negative)

Sheets of paper (with a stronger negative charge of the Drum) moves along the belt and roll on the drums that had been spiked with a patterned toner powder image or text. Paper pushing powder toner from the drum to switch attached to the paper so that the pattern powder toner image on paper and ready to move to difinishing on Fuser / Heater.

 

Loose toner on the paper and still attached to the OPC drum is removed by bending up Wiper Blade who does not damage the drum, and then entered into the Waste Bin (Disposal)

Fuser (heater)
Fuser heats the toner powder image on a paper form that is strongly attached to the paper. By the paper because it definitely feels warm.than who came out of paper that had printed out to paper exit tray on the printer.

Laser scanners usually consist of 3 units of parts:
1. Laser
2. Rotating mirror
3. Lens

Laser unit receives the image data and text from a computer, then the data is transmitted to the drum as dots that make up the text or images, the gradual horizontally on drums.
